What is SIC and what is its objective?
SIC was created with the aim of providing added value to the productive fabric, both in the
private and public sector. Continuous training is essential to achieve goals and improve, both for
the employee and for the entity for which he or she works. And at SIC we want to offer quality
training with a plus, with an important personal component with top level professionals from
each sector and taking care of every detail. The student's experience is as important as the

What is your previous experience?

How has training changed over the last 20 years?
There are two fundamental changes: the component of personalisation and user experience

comfortable way and with the greatest possible adaptability to 21st century life through online

How important is it to offer training to employees in companies?
In both the public and private sectors, continuous and updated training is essential for growth.
There are two things that I believe are essential: on the one hand, specific knowledge of the
sector, and on the other hand, providing emotional management tools for day-to-day work.

What is the main objective of a training company?
To be a really useful tool, which is why personalisation and prior preparation work before
teaching the subjects is fundamental. To have quality professionals and with an extra point
through a personal component of very proactive participation of active professionals in the
sector who add value to the subjects, in addition to the teaching staff.
What role does online training play today?
The most important within the sector. It is essential to have new technologies even in
face-to-face training. A turning point was undoubtedly the pandemic, where this modality
became really essential.
What are the main areas of training within the current course catalogue?
The strategic
sectors for us are mainly education, precisely because of the online training revolution that has
taken place since 2020, and healthcare, which has been hard hit by the pandemic. We focus
some of our training on these sectors in order to provide them with tools for day-to-day
management.
